    Foreclosure and Trustee sales are held between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of a month. (Sect 51.002) If the first Tuesday of a month occurs on January 1 or July 4, a public sale will be help between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month.

    Sales will be located at the Rains County Courthouse, located at 167 Quitman St., Emory, TX 75440

    Notices will be posted 21 days before the upcoming sale on the Posting Board located in the Rains County Courthouse and will be available for viewing on this page by clicking the link below.
