The court filing fee is $54.00, and the service fee is $100.00 per defendant. 

CIVIL FEES ARE: $54.00 FOR COURT COST AND $100.00 SERVICE FEES $154.00 TOTAL. IF MORE THEN ONE PARTY IS BEING SERVED IT IS $100.00 PER PERSON BEING SERVED. IF SERVICE IS OUT OF TOWN PLEASE FIND OUT WHAT CONSTABLE IN WHAT COUNTY WILL BE SERVING YOUR CITATIONS, AS THIER FEES ARE ALL DIFFERENT. PLEASE BE PREPARED AND READY WITH ALL COMPLETED PAPERWORK AND INFORMATION. WITH OUT THIS INFORMATION WE CANNOT COMPLETE A FILING.
